1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all services offered by qqer, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, specialty games, and any promotional offers made available through the qqer platform. These Terms are supplemented by the qqer Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and qqer.

qqer reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, qqer will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the qqer platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the qqer website at https://qqer.app and any associated mobile-optimised interface.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon registration.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within your qqer Account.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game play made using funds from your Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by qqer subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied to your Account.

1.2 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation, the English-language version shall prevail. All communications between qqer and the Player will be conducted in English.

2 Eligibility & Accounts

To register and maintain an account on the qqer platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18+
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual players.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a qqer employee or affiliated partner.
• You have not previously had a qqer account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a person who has self-excluded from the qqer platform or any affiliated platform.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the qqer platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where qqer identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate account use may be voided pending investigation.

2.2 Account Registration

When registering your qqer account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

qqer reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any registration detail at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account restrictions or closure.

2.3 KYC Verification

All qqer accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account matching the name on the qqer account).

KYC verification is typically completed within 4 hours of document submission during regular operating hours. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals are processed at the fastest available speed for the selected payment method. qqer may request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts with high transaction volumes or where unusual activity is detected.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqer account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you unless you have promptly reported a suspected compromise to the qqer support team.

qqer strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your account. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, contact qqer support immediately at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat available inside your account dashboard.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the qqer platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qqer does not charge platform fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. Third-party mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside qqer's control.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your qqer Wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes to process.

qqer reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on individual accounts based on KYC status, account age, responsible gaming settings, or risk management requirements. Players may voluntarily set their own deposit limits through their account settings — see Responsible Gaming for details.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and account suspension pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. qqer processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes under normal conditions:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 5–30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days, subject to card network processing times.

qqer reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks or where a withdrawal is flagged by the platform's fraud prevention systems. In such cases, qqer will notify the player and request any additional documentation required to complete the review.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Real-money funds (deposits not mixed with active Bonus Funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and KYC verification status. Where a player's Wallet balance includes active Bonus Funds that carry outstanding wagering requirements, the player must either satisfy those wagering requirements or forfeit the remaining Bonus Funds balance before a withdrawal can be processed. qqer support can confirm the current bonus status of your account at any time.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

qqer operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. The platform monitors transaction patterns and may request source-of-funds documentation where deposits or withdrawal volumes exceed standard thresholds or where unusual patterns are detected. Providing false documentation in response to an AML request constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

4 Bonus & Promotions

qqer offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific promotional terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail for the relevant promotion only.

4.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to players who have registered a valid qqer account, completed the required verification steps for the specific offer, and are not subject to any self-exclusion or account restriction. Unless stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Wallet are subject to wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered using real-money stakes before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are as follows unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Slots: 100% contribution.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti): 10% contribution.
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Specialty Games (Dragon Gate, Gold Toad Fishing, etc.): 50% contribution.
• Table Games (non-live): 20% contribution.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered by the expiry date will be automatically removed from your Wallet along with any winnings generated solely from those Bonus Funds.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

qqer reserves the right to void bonus credits and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game play risk, exploiting technical errors or pricing anomalies, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional mechanics.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game plays placed on the qqer platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market panel. The following general rules apply across all qqer betting and gaming products.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and player account tier. General indicative limits are:

• Sports Betting: Minimum ৳50 per bet; maximum limits vary by market and event.
• Live Casino Tables: Minimum ৳50 per hand/round; maximum limits set per table.
• Slot Games: Minimum ৳10 per spin; maximum varies by title.
• Specialty Games: Minimum ৳20 per round as stated within each game.

qqer reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual account limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.2 Void Bets and Game Round Cancellations

A bet or game round may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended before the bet is accepted; a technical error occurs that affects the integrity of the game round outcome; or the bet was placed in error by the platform (e.g., due to a pricing feed failure resulting in manifestly incorrect odds). In the event of a void, the original stake is returned to the player's Wallet. Winnings from void rounds are not paid.

5.3 Live Cricket Betting

In-play cricket betting markets on qqer cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test and ODI matches, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Live odds are updated in real time. qqer reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event — for example, during a wicket review, Duckworth-Lewis calculation, or official timeout — without notice. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured unless the event itself is cancelled or abandoned.

5.4 Payout of Winnings

Winnings from settled bets and completed game rounds are credited to your qqer Wallet automatically. For sports bets, settlement occurs within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed by the relevant sports data provider. For casino game rounds, settlement is immediate. Winnings credited to your Wallet from real-money wagers (not generated solely from Bonus Funds) are available for withdrawal immediately, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing conditions.

5.5 Errors and Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, qqer will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs and apply the correct outcome. Where a correct outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the game round will be declared void and the original stake returned. qqer is not liable for losses caused by a player's own device failures, internet connectivity issues, or browser incompatibilities.

6 User Obligations

By using the qqer platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner that does not harm other players, the integrity of the platform, or the reputation of qqer. The following obligations apply to all registered qqer players at all times.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqer platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or bonus mechanics for systematic financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund your qqer Wallet (money laundering).
• Accessing the qqer platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service in order to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy any part of the qqer platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward qqer support staff or other players.

6.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make while using the qqer platform. qqer provides a range of responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — and encourages all players to use them proactively. 6.3 Accurate Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account is accurate and up to date. If your personal details change (name, address, mobile number, email address), you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or, in cases of persistent inaccuracy, account suspension.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your qqer account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money Wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Active Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by qqer

qqer reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited activity as described in Section 6.1.
• The account belonging to a person under 18 years of age.
• Request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial intelligence body.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, qqer reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the breach involves fraudulent activity or money laundering, the full balance may be retained and reported to relevant authorities.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the qqer platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion from within their account settings. Self-exclusion periods available include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, the account is locked for all gambling activity. 8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

qqer aims to maintain continuous 24/7 availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages (including payment provider downtime), or circumstances beyond qqer's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. qqer will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and will notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqer excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of expected winnings; loss of business or profits; loss of data; or losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform. qqer's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the qqer platform — including game graphics, software, trademarks, logos, text, and interface design — is the property of qqer or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without qqer's prior written consent.

8.4 Third-Party Links and Services

The qqer platform may reference or integrate services provided by third parties, including payment processors and game providers. qqer is not responsible for the terms, practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and conditions.

8.5 Contact and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your qqer account or any transaction, please contact the qqer support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. qqer aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support process, the matter may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as detailed in the support response.
